Our range of accessories for the SOLID30 product family offers you a quick and flexible solution – whether fixed or swivelling. The accessories are suitable for both the SOLID330 and the SOLID30-RGBW variants, and are available in steel or plastic for a wide variety of applications.
HELULIGHT® SOLID30
The HELULIGHT® SOLID30 is a thin, surface-mounted luminaire for illuminating small to medium-sized machines subjected to demanding, industrial conditions, particularly on machine tools. This thin, surface-mounted luminaire is suited for continuous use in wet environments as well as for applications with cooling lubricants, hydraulic oils, and chip impacts. Its compact design allows for use in cramped spaces. Can be flexibly installed with swivel bracket or horizontally adjustable mounting clips.
HELULIGHT® SOLID30-RGBW
Unsere HELULIGHT® SOLID30-RGBW - Schlank, flexibel, kräftig in der Ausleuchtung und extrem robust. Mit ihren Eigenschaften wie zB. IP67, Sicherheitsglas und Resistenz gegenüber Kühlschmierstoffen und Öle wurde Sie für den Einsatz in rauen Umgebungsbedingungen entwickelt. Somit ist die HELULIGHT® SOLID30-RGBW bestens für den Einsatz in Werkzeugmaschinen geeignet. Ihr flächiges und homogenes Licht sorgen für eine gleichmäßige Ausleuchtung mittelgroßer Arbeitsräume. Durch verschiedene elegante Montagevarianten lässt sich die HELULIGHT® SOLID30-RGBW problemlos jeder Montagesituation anpassen, sodass Sie immer in der richtigen Position ihren Platz findet. The HELULIGHT® CLASSIC is used to provide reliable indication of operating conditions and status information of machines and systems in standard applications subjected to dust and water spray. The thin, rotatable surface-mounted luminaire with a wide beam angle is well suited for applications in the packaging, woodworking, and mechanical engineering industries. Installation is quick and easy thanks to its flexible mounting clips.
HELULIGHT® COMPACT
The HELULIGHT® COMPACT is used to illuminate small machines with very cramped conditions, particularly on machine tools. This extremely compact, surface-mounted luminaire is designed for constantly wet conditions and demanding industrial applications. Installation is done using the integrated screw channels and allows for space-saving mounting even in very tight installation conditions.
HELULIGHT® DUAL-W-RGB
The HELULIGHT® DUAL is designed for simultaneous lighting and signalling both in and on machines. With its bicameral system, it can separately illuminate and display process statuses, meaning the interior of the machine remains illuminated while signalling. Through the combination of white light and its signal function, it is an efficient solution for a number of applications in mechanical and plant engineering.
HELULIGHT® EBLT
The HELULIGHT® EBLT is an integrated solution for illuminating machines and systems. This robust, recessed luminaire is designed for use in cramped spaces and allows for protected, direct installation in the design of the machine. Its integrated design allows for space-saving installation and homogeneous workspace illumination.
HELULIGHT® WORKPLACE
Our HELULIGHT® WORKPLACE – for particularly ergonomic working. With its integrated prism cover, our HELULIGHT® WORKPLACE complies with the UGR19 glare rating, ensuring particularly effective glare control and focusing the light on the work area, thereby supporting the overall result for ergonomic LED lighting in the workplace. To adapt the light individually to the needs of employees, our HELULIGHT® WORKPLACE is continuously dimmable and has a memory function. Manufactured from a solid aluminium base body, it has integrated T-slots and is available in standard lengths, making it easy to install in standard mounting locations. When using multiple luminaires on long workbenches, the cascading capability reduces installation and wiring costs. Due to their lighting and mechanical properties, our HELULIGHT® WORKPLACE luminaires are particularly suitable for assembly and system workstations, quality control, and laboratory and testing workstations.
HELULIGHT® SMART-PROCESS
The HELULIGHT® SMART PROCESS is designed to visualise processes on machines and systems. With features like individually controllable RGB LEDs, analogue plug-and-play controls, on-board memory, and configurable colour and brightness settings, the visualisation of different operational parameters is possible. Thanks to its compatibility with common controllers, it is easy to integrate into existing systems and is suited for use both inside and outside of the machine housing.

Can be flexibly installed using mounting grooves or end brackets.
HELULIGHT® SOLID40-PLUS
Stepless dimmability Flexible voltage range from 12-30V.HELULIGHT® SOLID40-PLUS offers 10% more light with the same output compared to our standard version, stepless dimmability and a flexible voltage range of 12-30V - ideal for applications in harsh industrial environments. Resistant to oil, coolants and lubricants and to metal chips and sparks (protection class IP67).
